Q2 Audit results for Physiotherapy
Each quarter, Curian Medical engage with an independent physiotherapist to undertake an audit of a percentage of our physiotherapy initial assessments and discharge reports. During this audit a number of elements are scored on a grading system. Clinically we audit whether clear goals are identified during assessment and whether these are specific, measurable and timed. Additionally we score treatment plans and identify whether national guidelines have been followed when preparing these. Also included within the audits is a section regarding the clarity, professionalism and formatting of the reports we deliver to our clients.
The results for our Q2 2015 physio audit are in and of those initial assessment and discharge reports audited I am delighted to announce that 100% were found to be within most acceptable levels of quality.
