Welcome to Dr Tina Mistry
As we say goodbye and thank you to Dr Jennifer Marshall who has supported us here at Curian Medical in the role of Clinical Lead, we also say hello and a very warm welcome to Dr Tina Mistry.
Dr Marshall has been instrumental in helping to develop the psychological arm of our business, Curian Minds and we would like to take the opportunity to wish her every success for the future.
We have welcomed this month Tina who will take over the role of Clinical Lead and we are very excited to be able to work with her in continuing to shape, develop and deliver psychological services.
Dr Mistry has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Universities of Warwick and Coventry and has also completed further training in trauma focused CBT for both adults and children. Having an interest in working with children and families she has received further training on working with parents using psychodynamic psychotherapy ideas. In addition has completed further study in Infant Mental Health and further training in Third Wave Psychotherapies (2017).
With a wealth of knowledge Dr Mistry also has over 10 years’ experience of working in the NHS, private and voluntary sectors. This involves working with adults, children, teenagers, as well as providing couples interventions, family support and training workshops/consultations for corporate companies.
