Consult with Curian

Our Curative Team are frequently asked how far patients are required to travel for appointments.  In this Consult with Curian, I am pleased to be able to share with you further information with regard to our extensive networks and hospital partners.

Curian Medical works closely with our hospital partners to deliver a nationwide diagnostic imaging service.  We have access to just under 300 venues where we can co-ordinate imaging such as MRI scans, CT scans, x-rays, ultrasounds and arthrograms.  We meet regularly with our partners to ensure the highest standards are provided in order that our patients receive the best possible treatment.  Upon receipt of an instruction our Curative Team identify the closest venues available from our network and then in conjunction with the patient select the most convenient venue for the patient to travel to.  Curian  have been required from time to time to secure appointments at hospital venues outside our primary network and your account handler will be happy to discuss this further with you if required.

In addition to the managed networks for diagnostic imaging, Curian Medical has been busy developing our own network of experts within the fields of physiotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy.  Curian has available just under 800 venues nationwide where we able to co-ordinate physiotherapy and counselling such as CBT and EMDR.  Upon receipt of your instruction, our Curative Team match an appropriately qualified expert within close proximity to your patient.  We appreciate that co-ordinating a treatment with multiple appointments requires a convenient location with very little mileage for your patient to travel.

Curian Medical works with in excess of 1000 venues and experts to bring you our nationwide rehabilitation services.  All of which have had to meet our strict requirements to be included on our supplier panel.  Regular audits and checks are carried out to ensure our high standards are maintained.
